The MyMenuo Free Plan lets your restaurant publish an online store and accept website or app orders without a monthly subscription. The fee is 6.9% per order plus Stripe processing fees.

Which orders are subject to the 6.9% fee?
A 6.9% service fee applies to every order generated through the website or app, regardless of whether the buyer pays online, in cash, on delivery, or at the establishment.
Stripe processing fees are borne by the establishment in addition to the 6.9% service fee.
Automatic deduction and weekly charging
For eligible online payments, fees are deducted automatically from the transaction. Other fees accrue in the weekly statement.
The establishment authorizes variable off-session card charges every Monday for the prior weekly balance and any documented reconciliation adjustment.
Clear statements, cancellations and control
Rejected and cancelled orders recorded before weekly closing are not charged. Later cancellations or provider-fee differences are credited or adjusted in a later statement.
The dashboard and weekly statement identify the orders, gross amounts, commissions, Stripe fees, adjustments and collection status.
A valid payment card must remain on file. Failed charges may be retried and, after notice, online order intake may be suspended while amounts remain overdue.
